A $15.65 million residence inside New York City’s Flatiron Building has gone into contract.

The three-bedroom home spans 3,020 sq ft (281 m²) on the 18th floor, with the building’s distinctive wedge-shaped layout, arched windows and exposed structural steel.

Completed in 1902 and used as an office building for more than a century, the Flatiron is now being converted into luxury residences for the first time in its history.

At least 15 homes are already under contract, while some of the building’s largest residences have been offered for as much as $58.5 million.

So, this recommendation has put me on cloud nine today.
