The #1 thing to look for in a Prineville real estate agent (and it's not years of experience).
Years on a license are easy to drop in a bio. They don't tell you what it actually FEELS like to work with someone when things get complicated.
And things get complicated.
I've had deals where the lender called five days before closing with no money. Deals where two escrows had to close on the same day and not one thing could slip.
What got those clients through wasn't my license date. It was that my team and I stayed calm, stayed in their corner, and figured it out.
That's what you're actually hiring.
Someone who's invested in your outcome. Not just the transaction. Someone who picks up the phone at 8pm when a coming soon listing hits and knows you need to see it tonight.
If you're thinking about buying or selling in Prineville and trying to figure out who's actually the right fit.. send me a message. I'd love to talk it through.
