This past Monday we hosted our first annual West Edge Charity Golf Event and we are still in awe at how many amazing people came out to support!

We had such an awesome day and raised a ton $$ towards MACVs mission to end Veteran Homelessness in MN. (The final donation tally is coming soon)!

Thank you to all of our sponsors, golfers, volunteers, and so many others who gave so generously towards a worthy cause this week.

And thank you for helping us pull of this awesome event!

Check out this project we’re working on for Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans ! Taking two vacant buildings and converting to 10 units for Veterans in need of stable housing!

The Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans is working hard to expand its footprint by reconstructing buildings to house unsheltered veterans. One of these place is the Arlington House in St. Paul.

👋 said a farewell to one of our OG properties a few weeks ago!

This has been one of our favorite properties for many reasons- one being that it was the start of a niche, turning tuck under garages into additional finished square footage. We made two 2 bed 1 bath units into 4 bed 2 baths, which more than doubled our rental income.

Selling is always hard to do but we have bigger and better projects on the way that this sale will lead to!

As you’ve seen a lot from us this year, we sold on a contract for deed, so although the property is no longer ours, we still earn passive income on it 🙌🏽

This week on the blog we dive into Contract for Deed - what is it and how it can benefit buyers and sellers. Especially in todays market when interest rates are high, making it tough for buyers to find good deals and sellers are seeing a more limited buying pool, finding a deal on a CD can be beneficial on both sides.
