Water will be shut off on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, between 9am and 1pm on both sides of A Building for maintenance on the hot water system in that building.
This will only affect the residents of building A.

On 07/11/23-07/12/23, we will be conducting safety and maintenance inspections of all apartments in preparation for a formal inspection by the mortgage company that will occur in the next couple months. This should be a very brief visit, during which we will inspect your fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, and CO detectors. Additionally, we will perform preventative maintenance such as changing furnace filters.
You do not need to be present for these inspections and we will leave a note indicating that we entered your apartment if you were not home.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause. We do our best to minimize any such inconveniences. Please keep in mind that the purpose of these inspections is to ensure your safety.

**As always, this inspection will be done by one of our staff. A stranger will never be sent to your apartment without a staff member being present.

NOTICE FROM VEOLIA (our water company) received today 07/05/2023

We will be flushing fire hydrants in your area over the next few weeks. This process removes sediment and minerals that collect in the water mains.

As a result, you may notice a temporary drop in water pressure or may experience discolored water. Running the cold water from the lowest point in the house, or in the bathtub, for several minutes typically clears the lines. You may prefer to wait until the water runs clear before drinking or washing clothes or dishes.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

OUR FIRE ALARM SYSTEM WILL BE TESTED on Tuesday, June 6th, 2023.

We do not need to access your apartment, but the alarms will be sounding during the testing time.

The pool is now open for the season!

A few pool side reminders:
1. There is NO life guard, so ALL children under 18 and ALL guests, MUST be accompanied by an adult resident at all times.
2. Please clean up after yourself. Take all your belongings home with you!
3. If you need to park by the pool, do so in the overflow lot, NOT along the building or the grass.
4. The pool is generally open 10am - 8pm each day.
