Here is the ugly part of renovating! Pulling up the old pine floors (no they can be salvaged) to add new gas and lines and plumbing but most importantly to add new concrete piers to lift the foundation. No more saggy floors! On a happy note the firebox has been rebuilt! This place will be new top to bottom when complete! Once this messiness is complete drywall begins, then we roll!!!

Nine coats of paint later I finally got down to the actual wood! Lots more detailed sanding to do, but this one is going to be a beauty!
