American General Investors acquires real estate, guides it through the local and state land use agencies to increase its potential to the maximum, constructs a building or buildings, and finally, manages the development for an extended period of time. We currently manage a substantial amount of commercial and residential real estate in the Prospect, Connecticut area and the Waterbury, Connecticut
area. We have developed, constructed, and managed a variety of complexes from the simplicity of a single family home to residential condominiums, retail plazas, office buildings, and specialty buildings such as a 150 bed skilled nursing facility and a 9,000 square foot fitness center.
