The one out front of our listing at 1000 Cliffwood Dr might genuinely be one of my favorite little details about this property. The way the branches hang over the yard, the movement when there’s a breeze, the shade underneath it… instant inner peace. 🧘🏻‍♀️

And I think those are the details that make you remember a home. Not always the square footage or the finishes, but the things that make you stop for a second and think, “I could see myself here.”

1000 Cliffwood Dr has a lot of those moments. 🤍

Got the opportunity to stop in for lunch at the highly acclaimed B&N Food Market in Bagdad, KY. 🍖 Imagine being this busy on a Wednesday after lunch hour. So far, this is our favorite BBQ in the Louisville area.

This one made us smile from start to finish.
Two of our clients each built their own home with Elite Homes in different neighborhoods, using the exact same floor plan. Neither one knew the other existed.

Then life brought them together, and this year they sold both homes and built a new one, together, with Elite Homes again. Same floorplan, new life.

We got to help with both sales, and honestly, it's stories like this that remind us why we love this job. Congratulations to this wonderful couple. Cheers to your new home and this next chapter!

Here are the highlights: Greater Louisville (Jan–Jun 2026, GLAR data)
• 7,536 single-family homes sold (up 4% from last year)
• Average sale price: $343,540
• Average days on market: 54 (down 18% year over year)
• Homes closing at 98% of list price Oldham County
• North Oldham County (N-171): avg sale price $614,830 | 45 days on market
• South Oldham County (S-171): avg sale price $499,416 | 42 days on market

What does this mean for you?

Some traditions never get old. 🇺🇸

Every year, our family starts the Fourth of July by placing thousands of American flags throughout the neighborhoods we serve. It’s one small way we can celebrate the country we love and the community that’s supported our family for generations.

This year’s lunch stop at Market on 42 was well earned after 2,500 flags!

Happy Independence Day 🇺🇸 and here’s to 250 years.
