We are always getting asked on showings “Where does the sun rise and set?”☀️

We usually pull out the compass to be 100% sure but this app/website provides such an amazing visual of the sun and shade throughout the day which is very important to A LOT of people!

The one out front of our listing at 1000 Cliffwood Dr might genuinely be one of my favorite little details about this property. The way the branches hang over the yard, the movement when there’s a breeze, the shade underneath it… instant inner peace. 🧘🏻‍♀️

And I think those are the details that make you remember a home. Not always the square footage or the finishes, but the things that make you stop for a second and think, “I could see myself here.”

Got the opportunity to stop in for lunch at the highly acclaimed B&N Food Market in Bagdad, KY. 🍖 Imagine being this busy on a Wednesday after lunch hour. So far, this is our favorite BBQ in the Louisville area.
