Condos are apartments that you can own. Everything inside the four walls is yours, you can make any changes you want.

Equity is the the difference in what you paid for a home Vs the homes current value if sold today. You can purchase a condo with little to no money down, sell it and make a great profit. Money to be used on the purchase of your next house if you want to be smart…

Most importantly you can save money, rent prices are crazy in today’s market. Most likely the mortgage you have with a condo will be cheaper then paying monthly rent to a landlord.

Owning a condo is still home ownership.

New month, time to set your intentions. You should consider a fall real estate purchase. Competition for houses drops off in the fall, a time many people consider to be off-season in real estate. But there are still homes for sale — and in some cases, there’s just as much inventory as there was during the spring and summer.

This puts you in a great position to negotiate. Fall homebuyers should consider making lowball offers, followed by more aggressive negotiations, many sellers are very motivated to sell before the holidays. If possible, buyers should let these sellers know that they can close before Thanksgiving or before the school winter break.
