After 12 years of commuting from Boston to Brown University (where Stefanie is a robotics professor 🦾), they’ve finally made the move to Providence. Now, Stefanie can swap that highway drive for a nice walk to her office!

So incredibly happy for my client, Kristy! 🎉 Yesterday, she closed on her dream home, and my heart is just full for her.

This wasn't just a simple search, it was a true journey! Kristy and I first connected about a year and a half ago. Throughout all that time, she never wavered from what she really wanted. She was incredibly patient, trusted her gut, and stayed focused on finding the perfect spot.

When this amazing home came up, Kristy was ready. She jumped at the opportunity, trusted the advice we discussed, and faced a serious multiple-offer situation. In the end, we beat out six other offers, two of which were cash! It was a triumphant moment, and it happened because she stayed true to her vision.

And what a home it is! It’s right on the water, with the perfect amount of space. I’m already imagining her enjoying cozy mornings on that beautiful deck 🌅, taking her kayak out for a spin 🛶, anddd she inherited three chickens and a duck! 🐔🦆 She’s so excited to care for her new feathered family.

Kim closed on an absolutely siiiick house in Warwick yesterday and I’m kinda obsessed with how it all came together 🏡✨

Snagged it during the slower winter market, under asking, and got repairs negotiated! (This is your sign to not sleep on the off-season)

Went into this not knowing Kim and walking away with a happy client and a new friend, congratulations Kim, welcome home ✨😌

Sarah & Giana are officially HOME 🏡✨

These two came into this year with a clear goal: find the right place this time around after navigating last year’s market (which… we all know was not for the weak 😅). And they meant it, we saw everything! The maybes, the “absolutely nots,” the ones that almost worked… truly kissed a few frogs along the way 🐸

But then this one hit aaaand it was the one.

Watching it all come together for them has been so special. Not just because they found a beautiful condo, but because they trusted the process, stayed patient, and didn’t settle for something that didn’t feel right. That’s always the goal.

Also, peep me lurking in the back like a proud dad in the first pic 😂

Greg & Tonay made it home on Friday! 🏡✨

Getting to help an old friend step into this chapter is something I don’t take lightly. Greg and I go wayyy back to my mid-twenties D&D days, so being trusted to guide him and Tonay through their first home purchase was truly an honor. We toured quite a few spots before finding the one, and when it clicked, it clicked!

✔️ And landed a home that fits them perfectly

Biiiig congratulations to Jesse + Allie who just bought their first home in Rhode Island! 🏡✨

(And they did it the smart way.)

We leaned into the winter market...less competition, more leverage, better price, and landed them a beautiful home without the chaos of peak-season bidding wars. ❄️

Meanwhile, they were literally traveling across the world to Japan for half of this transaction and somehow still made it look easy! From showings to inspections and laughs at every turn, this was one of those processes that just felt good.

So proud of these two and so excited for what this house is about to become for them!

Melanie & Edward came to me after another experience left them feeling like their budget wouldn’t work in the area they loved. Instead of giving up, they pivoted and reached out, hoping there was still a path forward (and there definitely was!)

With a tight timeline before their apartment sold, we hit the ground running and stayed focused on what mattered most to them. After seeing several options, the right home found them at the right price, in their original town of interest!
