Kanisha, Nate, Lindsey, and the real star of the show, Nora, made it home! 🏡✨

Today, they closed on their first home, and truly, this one feels so special. They were able to take advantage of an incredible loan program earlier this year that was only available for a tiny window before selling out in less than two weeks. Somehow, in the chaos of timing, paperwork, and a very competitive little housing market moment, they got in and made it happen.

And now they have the sweetest home waiting for them to put their own touch on it.

I’m so happy for this family and so grateful I got to be a small part of this chapter. They’re kind, funny, cool as hell, and Nora is the most heart-melting toddler.

Congratulations, folks! You made it home. 🖤

Jason, Adele, and baby Ruth closed on their North Providence home today 🏡

They knew they wanted to be in Rhode Island, keeping their commute to work in MA reasonable without having to take on MA prices. After seeing a handful of options, the right home came along at exactly the right time.

But let’s be honest, Ruth was the real client here. She gave final approval, brought the cuteness to closing day, and will now be accepting all congratulations in the form of snacks and naps.

So happy for this sweet family and this next chapter in their new home. Congrats Jason, Adele, and Ruth! 🤍

It's not every day your clients bring a robot to the final walkthrough! Huge congratulations to Stefanie and Shawn on closing on their beautiful new Fox Point condo today! After 12 years of commuting from Boston to Brown University (where Stefanie is a robotics professor 🦾), they’ve finally made the move to Providence. Now, Stefanie can swap that highway drive for a nice walk to her office!

So incredibly happy for my client, Kristy! 🎉 Yesterday, she closed on her dream home, and my heart is just full for her.

This wasn't just a simple search, it was a true journey! Kristy and I first connected about a year and a half ago. Throughout all that time, she never wavered from what she really wanted. She was incredibly patient, trusted her gut, and stayed focused on finding the perfect spot.

Kim closed on an absolutely siiiick house in Warwick yesterday and I’m kinda obsessed with how it all came together 🏡✨

Snagged it during the slower winter market, under asking, and got repairs negotiated! (This is your sign to not sleep on the off-season)

Went into this not knowing Kim and walking away with a happy client and a new friend, congratulations Kim, welcome home ✨😌

Sarah & Giana are officially HOME 🏡✨

These two came into this year with a clear goal: find the right place this time around after navigating last year’s market (which… we all know was not for the weak 😅). And they meant it, we saw everything! The maybes, the “absolutely nots,” the ones that almost worked… truly kissed a few frogs along the way 🐸

But then this one hit aaaand it was the one.

Watching it all come together for them has been so special. Not just because they found a beautiful condo, but because they trusted the process, stayed patient, and didn’t settle for something that didn’t feel right. That’s always the goal.

Greg & Tonay made it home on Friday! 🏡✨

Getting to help an old friend step into this chapter is something I don’t take lightly. Greg and I go wayyy back to my mid-twenties D&D days, so being trusted to guide him and Tonay through their first home purchase was truly an honor. We toured quite a few spots before finding the one, and when it clicked, it clicked!
