I’ve helped a new hire at Butler Hospital and a PhD Grad student relocate to RI’s East Side of Providence in the last couple of months. Graduation Day. The day we celebrated to culminate 7 weeks of experiential learning in the field of Residential Real Estate for Jaylene and Marilyn with me!

Our young people need life spoken over them, they need to be spoken to about their immense value, they need to be told that their lives are priceless, and they don’t have to compromise who they are or settle for a life that doesn’t add up to their dreams! They need to be told and shown the truth about who they are and treated as such 👑💎🙏🏽💙🏁✨💫

I am so proud to have had the chance to teach, connect with and build with Jaylene and Marilyn.

Our last session before the graduation ceremony I had for Jaylene and Marilyn; involved us visiting different properties together so I can show them how to tour properties with clients and help them understand how properties are valued and sold. We discussed a seller’s position vs a buyer’s position in a transaction and how to service both types of clients.

Real Estate isn’t just about properties and money, it’s deeply about people, community, impact, and legacy!
