In the beginning of my Real Estate career I used to make thousands of calls everyday from 7:30am to 4pm. I used to have people hang up on me, people would talk sh*T but MOST people were great to talk to.

One day an extremely nice lady named Marianne picked up the phone. At that time she was on vacation in NC when she picked up my call. She said to call her when she got back from vacation to talk further more.

I will discuss this story more in depth down the line in the future. When I do talk about this story you’ll understand why it shaped my life.

Fast forward two years later. Ever since Marianne picked up my phone call while she was on vacation we became really great friends. She trusted me sell one of the few properties she has, she bought another multifamily home and now she’s looking to get into the Real Estate investment side of things.
