Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What areas do you serve as a Realtor? A: I help buyers and sellers throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts, including but not limited to Providence, East Providence, Cranston, Barrington, Bristol, Warren, Warwick, Lincoln, Cumberland, Woonsocket, Smithfield, Seekonk, Attleboro, and surrounding areas in Southern Massachusetts like Attelboro, Swansea, Seekonk, Rehoboth, Dighton, Franklin, Blackstone, and Uxbridge. Q: What types of real estate transactions do you handle? A: I assist clients with residential sales, first-time home buying, relocations, investment properties, and short sales or foreclosures, guiding each transaction with transparency and care. Q: What age groups do you work with? A: I would say that I have worked with Millennials most, followed by Gen. I'm pretty sure that I've worked with more people from Gen Z than Boomers. I rarely know how old my clients are so this is based on an educated guess. I do know my youngest client between 2023 and 2025 bought her first home at 24 and my oldest sold his at 95. Q: Do you have local knowledge of Rhode Island neighborhoods? A: Absolutely! As a Rhode Island native, I grew up in Riverside, spent time on Smith Hill, and the East Side of Providence, and know the ins and outs of neighborhoods, and local amenities across the area. Q: How do you work with clients to make the process stress-free? A: I provide responsive communication, strategic marketing, expert negotiation, and guidance every step of the way. My goal is to make buying or selling a home as smooth, clear, and enjoyable as possible. Q: Are you involved in the community? I serve on the Board of Directors for The Avenue Concept, volunteer with the Women's Fund of Rhode Island, and participate in local philanthropic initiatives, giving back to the communities I serve.

I recently took a friend to Metamorphosis: TEN31 Dance Company’s Bandstand and it was such a blast. Interactive, high-energy, and packed with classic dance moves and groovy tracks. You really can’t help but get pulled in.

I planned to film more, but I was too into it… only grabbed a quick clip of the set when we arrived.

Already looking forward to their next show, which is a collaboration with The Harpies: OBSCURA: Murder at the Fantasy Ball.

Also worth noting: Metamorphosis: TEN31 Dance Company offers adult dance lessons too. I’ll drop links in the comments if you want details on upcoming shows or classes.

I'll be honest. I'm not out to get more "listings." My objective as a full-time Realtor isn't to just list your house. It's to SELL your house!

Any agent can list a house.

But it takes knowledge, marketing, & planning to sell a house.

That’s why I do the research & KNOW this local market so well. I'm honest about what I think your home will sell for.

That's why I hire a professional photographer & film a professionally edited listing tour video.

That's why I have hired a marketing company that only works with one agent here in and around Providence.

That’s why I invest at least $600 of my own money into every listing.

I put my money where my mouth is because I want to SELL your home.

Not just "list" it.

In all reality, you can stick a sign in the yard and hope for the best.

Any agent can list your home.

But if you want to know how to sell it for the best price?

Give me a call.

I recently had the pleasure of attending an Early Bird Dance Party. What’s that, you ask? Quite possibly the best girls’ night out ever.

Seriously– it’s a night where women, trans, and non-binary folks come together to dance their butts off in a space that just feels good. Safe, welcoming, no pressure… just people showing up as they are and having a genuinely fun time together. And the best part? It all happens between 6 and 10 PM.

Here are a few snippets from the night. Yes, some of the pics are a little blurry, and we may look like a hot mess, but honestly, that’s what made it so good. No one was worried about looking perfect. We were just in it– laughing, dancing, and having wholehearted, joyful fun.

Huge thanks to our RI Ambassador for organizing these events and creating something really special for the community. And to THE MET in Pawtucket for hosting such a great night.

If you’ve been thinking about checking one out… this is your sign.

Hey, Providence! Here's 5 ways you can go green in your home this St. Patrick's Day that won't only help the environment, but will also save you money!🤑

1. Install a smart thermostat:
This helps to reduce your energy usage and saves you money on your electric bill.

2. Use energy-efficient appliances:
Use things like air fryers and slow cookers.

3. Turn off lights and unplug electronics when you aren't using them:
Not only is this habit good for the environment, but also for your energy bill!

4. Washing your clothes in cold water:
This saves a ton of energy and you no longer will ruin the risk of shrinking your clothes or fading the colors. It's a win-win!

5. Installing dual-pane windows:
These windows help improve energy efficiency, offer better noise reduction, increase security, offer better UV protection, and improve home value.

What other things are you doing to go green in your home?

Have you ever walked into a house and immediately started picturing your life there? I get it—it's easy to fall in love with the big kitchen, the dreamy backyard, or that charming front porch. But my job is to help you take off the rose-colored glasses–to make sure you’re not just seeing what you want to see, but also what you need to see.

"Wow, look at this kitchen!"-- "It’s gorgeous, no doubt! But do you see the water damage on the ceiling? It still looks damp. Looks like an active leak."

"This bathroom is amazing!" – "It is, but remember—you told me you had to have a tub? Neither bathroom has a tub.”

"I love these hardwood floors!" – "Me too! But walk over here and you’ll feel how uneven the floors are.”

"This backyard would be perfect for summer BBQs!"-- "Absolutely! But are you sure this location is right for you? You said you wanted to be within 20 minutes of work. This house adds 15 minutes to your commute."

“I love the exterior! That front porch is amazing!” - “It sure is. Take a look at the roof. I see some missing shingles, and the rest look pretty worn.”

Helping buyers find their dream home isn’t just about showing pretty houses. It’s about making sure you’re making a smart investment, staying true to what you really need, and not getting swept away by flashy features that might make you overlook potential red flags.

That’s why I’m here—to help you see past the excitement and make the right decision for you. Because those rose-colored glasses? They’re fun to look through at first, but you’ll thank me later for helping you see clearly.

This childhood photo takes me back to my softball days, where teamwork, focus, and persistence meant everything. Those lessons shaped who I am today as a Realtor.

Since 2007, I’ve been bringing that same determination to my clients: advocating, negotiating, and protecting their interests through every market and every season.

Buying or selling a home is more than a transaction. It’s a big life moment, and big moves deserve big effort! I’ll always be ready to step up to the plate for you. 🏡❤️

Sometimes it’s not about making A call, it’s about making the RIGHT call! 📞

I’ve never met this client in person, but one call to a trusted CT agent turned a listing that sat for months with one realtor, into a sale in days with no price reduction.

Another call went to Florida, where a longtime friend and colleague is helping him with properties there.

Meanwhile, I’m actively searching for flip opportunities for him here in RI.

Real estate isn’t about being face-to-face. It’s about knowing how to help, wherever you are.

I had an interesting conversation with someone recently who said, “We’d move, but we feel locked in. Our interest rate is just too good to give up.”

Totally get it. A lot of people bought or refinanced when rates were low, and now the idea of trading that for something higher feels… wrong. Like walking away from free money.

But here’s the thing, rates are just part of the picture.

What if the house doesn’t work anymore? What if the yard’s too small, the commute’s too long, or you’re constantly trying to make a space fit a life that’s already outgrown it?

At some point, quality of life matters more than numbers on paper. That dream of more space, a better layout, or being closer to people you love; that stuff adds up in a different way.

Yes, keeping a low rate is great. But staying in a place that no longer fits just because of that rate? That comes with a cost, too.

Sometimes the best move isn’t the one that makes the most financial sense on a spreadsheet, it’s the one that makes everyday life feel better.

So if this idea of being "locked in" has been hanging over your head, you’re not alone. But it might be worth looking at the bigger picture. What would it feel like to love where you live again?
