First success story of 2026!

Today was a monumental closing day for my buyer clients! This couple got referred to me while I was literally sitting in the airport on my first day of vacation back in December. Once I landed at my destination we had a "meet and greet" conversation, I scheduled showings from afar, they toured, they chose their "one", I put together an offer and our first offer got accepted all as I was cruising out in the middle of the deep blue sea. The first time we met was at the home inspection. Today we got to meet again and celebrate at the closing table. Congratulations to Delilah and Luis! I wish you many years of health, happiness and awesome pool parties in your new home!!

And a big thank you to Deana Bobbin, Mortgage Professional NMLS 374255 who said yes to the address unlike the first lender they tried to work with!!

Real estate doesn't stop while on vacation, even if I'm on a cruise in the middle of the ocean!

Vacation day #1: I received a referral for a new buyer client while sitting in the airport.
Vacation day #4: I coordinate a few showings with the listing agents
Vacation day #5: We submit an offer on their fave
Vacation day #6: Our offer gets accepted!!

Great ending to an already fabulous trip!! Making memories with friends and my clients at the same time! First offer submitted and accepted and I haven't even met my clients yet!

Time to plan another vacation :)

Today's special edition on this Testimonial Tuesday, the happy buyer of the deal I saved for my seller clients back in November gave me an amazing review!!

I worked directly with Kristin Green as the buyer for my townhome, and even without having my own agent, she made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the start, Kristin was communicative, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping me secure the home I wanted.

I first saw the property before I had my pre-approval and missed my chance to make an offer—another family went under contract. I asked Kristin to let me know if anything changed, and three weeks later she reached out to tell me the buyers’ financing had fallen through. That level of follow-through truly stood out and gave me another opportunity.

Kristin worked closely with both me and the seller to negotiate a fair purchase price along with my requested seller concessions that made the deal possible. She kept communication seamless and always found a way to make things work for everyone involved.

Even after I waived inspections, my VA loan required a pest inspection, and Kristin handled the scheduling quickly to keep everything on track. She also arranged an extra walkthrough so I could measure the space and plan for my furniture—another example of her going above and beyond.

Saved another one! My buyer client came to me with his pre-approval from a VA lender. Unfortunately, two days before our commitment date he was denied. Clearly, I do not let my client give up. I suggest he call Deana - not only does she get him approved, she does it so quickly and efficiently that we closed today!! AND only one week later than we were supposed to. It takes a village out there in the real estate world these days!!
