Some home sales are methodical and planned out, but this one was just meant to happen.

Huge thank you to for being such a great partner on this transaction. This was a truly special kind of property, and it was a pleasure working together to bring it full circle.

What makes this one even better is how it all came together.

My clients weren’t actively searching when I first saw this home at a broker’s open. It was being offered as a Compass Private Exclusive, giving the seller the privacy they wanted while sharing with trusted agents that it was for sale.

A few hours later, I ended up at a networking cocktail party, struck up a conversation with a couple, and they started describing their dream home. I pulled out my phone, showed them photos of this off-market property they otherwise never would have seen, and that was it. Everything clicked.
