We officially broke ground on MAC on Fifth this week! 🦺

After years of planning, design, and collaboration, it’s exciting to see MAC on Fifth officially underway in downtown Knoxville.

The 144-unit mixed-use development will include 134 traditional apartments, 10 live/work units, 2,300 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and amenities including a rooftop deck, fitness center, and coworking lounge. The project will also include 14 workforce housing units for residents earning up to 80% of the area median income.

MAC on Fifth has been a long time in the making, and we’re grateful to the many partners who have helped bring the project to this point. We’re proud to be developing the project alongside Dominion Group and working with an incredible team of local architects, designers, engineers, and contractors.

Inside of Knoxville recently sat down with our Chief Investment Officer, Sarah Harris, to talk about the project, its history, and what MAC on Fifth will bring to this part of downtown.

We're excited to see MAC on Fifth featured in Knoxville News Sentinel!

Located at the former MAC Auto Loans site, MAC on Fifth will bring 134 residential units, 10 live/work units, and approximately 2,300 square feet of retail space to downtown Knoxville.

With the official groundbreaking taking place next week, we're looking forward to celebrating the start of this project alongside our partners and the community. Stay tuned as we share updates throughout construction!
