Gilbane Development has reached financial close on Elevate WKU, a transformative $350 million public-private partnership that will modernize on-campus housing, create vibrant living-learning environments, and support student success for generations to come.

As Geoff Eisenacher, Vice President of Development at Gilbane Development, shared: “Elevate WKU is a comprehensive strategy to unlock the University’s full potential, and Gilbane is proud to partner with WKU and its leadership to deliver this new residential experience as efficiently and effectively as possible.”

The initiative represents the largest residential investment in WKU’s history and will deliver modern student housing, dining, and community spaces designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s students while enhancing the overall campus experience.

Gilbane Development has reached financial close on a new purpose-built student housing community serving The University of Oklahoma.

Developed in collaboration with Coleraine Capital Group and financed by Santander Bank US and Fifth Third Bank, the 756-bed community will help meet growing demand for high-quality student housing in Norman as OU continues to experience record enrollment growth.

This development will feature apartment-style residences, dedicated study spaces, fitness and wellness amenities, outdoor gathering areas, and direct shuttle service to campus.

Developed by Gilbane Development in partnership with Blue Sea Development Company, Linden Grove is a 153-unit affordable senior housing development and the tallest modular Passive House building of its kind in the country. Designed to advance sustainability, wellness, and housing access, the project brings together innovative construction, high-performance design, and resident-centered amenities in the heart of Brooklyn.
