When we first took over management of this property, we were met with an apartment that had been occupied for quite some time and needed a lot of attention and elbow grease to bring it back to life.

Beautiful original hardwood floors had been covered up by outdated tile that was in rough shape. The kitchen cabinets had even been wallpapered over by a previous tenant, creating quite the project to clean up and restore.

Now, the apartment has been completely transformed. We repainted the entire unit, including the cabinets, giving the space a fresh, clean, updated feel while still preserving its original character.

One of the biggest upgrades was bringing the bathroom back to life and refinishing the gorgeous hardwood floors that had been hidden away and damaged for years. That’s the beauty of original hardwood — it gives you the chance to restore something to look almost new again while still keeping the warmth and charm you simply can’t replicate.

Winter can be tough on roofs, and even minor issues can turn into major damage if they’re ignored. Brian and Gene are up there assessing, identifying the problem, and taking care of it now—before spring rains make it worse.

Yesterday we were able to have our voice heard on WPRO with guest host Colonel Steven O’donnell on the Tara Grahan show. Thank you to Shannon Weinstein for taking the time to participate in this important conversation.

While there never seems to be enough time to cover the exponentially damaging impact of the Providence rent control ordinance, we were happy to inform the audience about some of its negative impacts on housing and the economy as a whole.
Rent control does not lower the rent, inhibits the creation of needed housing, and destroys the tax base that supports obligations, including pensions, public safety, public schools, and many other essential municipal and public services.
