AMC specializes in the redevelopment and management of distinct historic properties in Providence, Rhode Island. With 35 years managing and devel

oping property together, our professional team delivers high occupancy, tight expense control, and strategic guidance that maximizes investor returns and community benefits. AMC currently manages and provides leasing and marketing services for over 345 apartments and 26 condominium units, as well as for over 160 commercial units which comprise over 300,000 square feet in 35 buildings. AMC serves as the general contractor on the majority of its redevelopment projects. Armory Management Company is owned by Mark Van Noppen, Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Armory Revival Company, an award-winning development firm founded in 1986. Susan Reis, Vice President of Property Management, brings over thirty years of experience in managing real estate to owners, tenants, and residents. Sue is an Accredited Residential Manager and a Registered Apartment Manager associated with IREM and accredited by the National Association of Home Builders. Edgar Garzon (Controller) has over six years of experience in real estate accounting and oversees property accounting. in Economics and a B.S. in Finance from Rhode Island College. The accounting department is strengthened by the knowledge and experience of Junior Tejada (Accounting Manager) and Lilliana Pimentel (Accounts Payable). The company employs its own maintenance and construction crews under the direction of Allison Luciano (General Manager), Kara Zopfi (Assistant General Manager), Grace Altagracia "Grace" Heugas, Timothy Viveiros (Construction and Project Manager). Allison, Kara, and Grace combine for over twenty years of managing real estate. AMC keeps its apartments fully rented to a diverse mix of residents under the direction of Mindy Caster (Residential Leasing Agent) and Kara Zopfi. Seth Zeren (Director of Development) oversees the commercial property portfolio. Seth has several years of planning and urban development experience and continues to be a great addition to the team. AMC has a stable number of sub-contractors with long-standing relations that allows the company to draw upon extensive building experience and mobilize a large workforce to plan and execute major improvements and tenant fit-out projects. AMC’s affiliation with The Armory Revival Company, Stepping Stone Partners, and RCG LLC inform AMC’s property disposition services, helping owners realize maximum economic, social, and environmental returns on their investments.
