Much of our work focuses on designs involving renovations and additions and often requires a sensitive integration of new construction with an existing historic or architecturally significant structure. The house is organized with two separate wings, the larger providing the primary living spaces and the smaller contains the primary bedroom and guest bedroom suite situated above the garage.

Photovoltaic solar panels on the South facing roof provide carbon neutral energy to the fully electric ducted heat pump system. Great care was taken during planning and construction to support and protect the coastal dune.
