✨ Happy 8 Years to our Sparkles!! ✨

For EIGHT years, Nicole (better known as Redmond, Sparkles, or our favorite ray of sunshine) has been bringing her energy everywhere M**h Mob sends her. And we mean everywhere. 😂

As our full time tester, Redmond works side by side with health departments across Utah and somehow stays flexible no matter what we throw at her.

Need her in Salt Lake? She’s there.
Random corner of the state that requires half a tank of gas and a very long playlist? LET’S GO. 🚗

She is one of those people who walks into a room and immediately makes it brighter. She’s positive, hilarious, hardworking, and can make just about anyone smile.

When she’s not driving all over Utah for M**h Mob, you can usually find her outside with friends, spending time with her two amazing daughters, or finding a way to incorporate PICKLES into her day. 🥒

Redmond, thank you for 8 incredible years of flexibility, laughs, miles and miles on the road, and a whole lot of Sparkles. ✨

🎉 Happy 6 Years, Jace! 🎉
If there’s a side of M**h Mob Jace hasn’t seen, we’re not sure what it is.

He started out as a Decontamination Specialist, spent some time testing, and made his way into the office… where we quickly learned we were never letting him leave. 😂

Today, Jace is our MOTO (Man of the Office), office hero, problem solver, detail catcher, & analytical brain.
He’s incredibly detailed, ridiculously smart, and somehow manages to keep us laughing while dealing with three very independent women in the office every day.

Outside of work, his favorite ladies are definitely his wife Syd and his two kitties, as they should be. 🐱🐱❤️

Jace, we are SO dang grateful for you and happy 6 years to our MOTO! 🥳

Seriously don’t know what we’d do without you. ❤️

🎉 10 YEARS OF JARED 🎉

If you’ve been around M**h Mob for any amount of time, you know one thing:

When som**hing goes wrong, call Jared.

Truck breaks down and you’re stranded? He’s on his way.

Equipment breaks? Give him five minutes, a couple tools, and probably some choice words. 😂

Jared has been with M**h Mob since the very beginning in 2016, and there aren’t many parts of this company that he hasn’t had a hand in over the last 10 years.

He’s our Foreman, our fix anything guy, and the reason half of us go home with vegetables from his garden. And if you’ve been lucky enough to try his mango habanero hot sauce… you know. 🔥🤤

But the thing we love most about Jared is that he shows up. If somebody needs help, he’s there. That’s just who he is.

A huge shoutout to his two boys Zayne & Quyn, who have jumped in more than once when M**h Mob was slammed and we needed extra hands. ❤️

Jared, thank you for 10 years of fixing our stuff, feeding us, taking care of us, giving us wildly inappropriate life advice, and always showing up when somebody needs you.

We are so dang lucky to have you.

🎉 8 YEARS OF NICOLE A 🎉

Yes, Nicole A. because at M**h Mob, one Nicole simply wasn’t enough. 😂

For 8 years, Nicole has been the one keeping the numbers straight and the office moving as our Controller (..and therapist). 😅

Nicole is quick witted, fiercely loving, and has a way of making people feel heard without taking life too seriously.

She’s the person you go find when you need to vent for five minutes, laugh when you probably shouldn’t, get a little pep talk, or just have someone remind you that you’re going to be okay❤️

When she’s not keeping M**h Mob in line, you’ll probably find her watching a murder show, or sunbathing like the happiest little lizard you’ve ever seen. ☀️🦎

Nicole, this place would not be the same without you.

🎉 2 YEARS OF KIMMY! 🎉

This week we’re celebrating 2 years of Kimmy keeping M**h Mob moving behind the scenes! 💙

Officially, she’s Ann’s assistant. Unofficially… her job description is a little harder to explain. 😂

On any given day, you might find Kim working with Jace and Nicole in the office, helping Jared get the crews stocked, planning a team party, putting together a marketing project, setting up for a golf tournament, hauling stuff to a BBQ, decorating for a trunk-or-treat or tackling whatever random project lands on Ann’s desk that day.

She’s also become a big part of the personality behind M**h Mob. Over the last two years, she’s worn a lot of hats, learned more about m**h than she probably ever expected to know 😅

We’re lucky to have her behind the scenes, in the office, at the events, and occasionally causing just the right amount of spice.

**Happy 2-year Mobiversary, Kimmy!** 💙🥳

Ten years ago, Ann set out with one simple goal: help people get their homes back.

She had no idea that one decision would grow into thousands of homes decontaminated, lifelong friendships, and a team that manages to laugh through Tyvek suits, HEPA vacuums, and all the chaos in between. 😆

Over the last decade we’ve:
- Helped thousands of families get back into safe homes.
- Educated thousands of real estate professionals, inspectors, and homeowners about m**h contamination.
- Built lifelong friendships with clients and referral partners.
- Collected enough behind the scenes memories to keep us laughing for another 10 years.

4 YEARS OF DEVIN (aka the Gentle Giant) 💪

Every crew needs a problem solver. Ours has long curly hair, stands about a mile tall, and answers most things with “Heard.”

For the last 4 years, Devin has been making M**h Mob better through patience, hard work, and a commitment to doing things the right way. He’s also one of our go to trainers 📚 Whether it’s teaching new employees or helping someone learn a new skill, he’s always willing to take the time to help.

When he’s not at work, he’s spending time with his wife, his two spirited girls and one “mancub”, hiking with the family, or battling it out in a video game.

Devin’s one of those people who makes a team stronger just by being on it.
