Another one CLOSED!

Our Alice Avenue lot officially closed today! This one was especially nice because both the buyer and seller were repeat clients.

We handled both sides of the transaction and got another piece of Prudence Island real estate across the finish line.

SOLD — $1,100,000 | Stevens Landing

This one means a little more.

The seller purchased this property as raw land, took a chance on the future of Stevens Landing, and built this home. Over the years, I had the opportunity to work with him and his family through the rental side of the property, so I knew this wasn’t simply a real estate transaction. Selling it was bittersweet.

Today, it officially passed to another island family and another generation.

Sometimes going the extra mile is what makes a sale come together. Before purchasing, we arranged for the buyers to rent the home over a holiday weekend, giving them the chance to actually experience the property and make sure it was the right home for their family.

Island real estate is different. It takes local knowledge, flexibility, relationships, and an understanding that sometimes you have to think outside the typical real estate transaction to get everyone to the closing table.

Today, we did exactly that.

We’re here when you need us.

We actually started the day together in the same vehicle… that didn’t last long!

With multiple buyers and properties to handle, plus two last-minute showing requests added today, we grabbed another vehicle and split up to make it all happen.

Congratulations to our sellers on accepting an offer for their beautiful Stevens Landing waterfront home. Having worked with the owners over the years, I’ve had the privilege of getting to know both them and their special island home.
