We’ve been gathering rental opportunities from a variety of sources, including:

• 🐾 Pet-friendly rentals

What an incredible day! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the Grand Opening of HomeSmart Preferred Realty Pueblo West. Seeing our clients, agents, families, friends, business partners, and community come together made this milestone truly special.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who volunteered their time behind the scenes. From setting up and welcoming guests to helping throughout the day and staying afterward to clean up, your generosity made this event possible.

This office is about so much more than real estate. It's about building relationships, serving our community, and helping people through some of life's biggest milestones. That has always been our mission, and it always will be.

❤️ Our hearts are with everyone affected by the Beulah fires.

If you or someone you know has been evacuated and needs a safe place to park a camper, RV, horse trailer, or similar vehicle, we would be honored to help.

📍 HomeSmart Preferred Realty – Pueblo West has opened its parking lot at 302 S. Purcell Blvd., Pueblo West for anyone in need.

In addition, I have space available on my 35-acre property for those who need a safe place to park during the evacuation.

A heartfelt thank you as well to Pueblo Christian Center, which has also opened its parking lot to help those affected. There are many incredible organizations, churches, businesses, and volunteers throughout our community stepping up to support families during this difficult time, and we are so grateful for each of them.
