The latest data shows single-family home construction fell 9.9% in July compared to June, and 15.7% year-over-year. Overall housing starts are down 12.4%. While these numbers reflect the challenges of high mortgage rates and ongoing economic uncertainty, there’s a silver lining: building permits actually rose 5%, hinting at renewed momentum ahead.

🌻 FEEL-GOOD FRIDAY! ☕❤️

Friday has come and almost over! 🎉

For me, Fridays are that little reminder to take a breath, look back at the week, and say, “Yep… we made it!” 😂

This week was a good reminder that life is all about multitasking—work, clients, family, friendships, appointments, and everything in between.

Today I made time for something important: a business + friendship lunch with Diane. ❤️ Because sometimes the best business conversations happen when you step away from the desk, grab a bite, drink some coffee ☕, and simply catch up with a good friend.

And then… it was back to work!

Because as REALTORS®, the weekend is often when we really get to work! 🏡
People are off their 9-to-5 schedules, buyers are ready to look, sellers are ready to show, and we're ready to CRUSH IT! 💪❤️

So here's my Friday reminder:
