I am excited to share the building process of Duncan & Chloe (& Adalynne) as they begin construction on their new home. This has been quite a journey, we have been lucky to work with some amazing people during the process. I met with Pat last year where he explained his vision of Flex Homes (which by the way, I have known Pat since my oldest son, and his boys, were in middle school together) I loved the idea and I told Duncan and Chloe about it. While they were talking with Pat, Chloe really took an interest in the whole building process, and she decided to work for the company. I hope you will join us on their journey! The focus of Flex Homes is to build a home that not only young people can afford, but every age!! These homes are built to be affordable (not cheap!) and the focus is, you build what you can afford now, and the home is built to add on as you want to. I am honored to be part of their journey, as well as Flex Homes! Jim Stahle with First Oak Bank was amazing to work with on their construction loan I will keep updating on my website as they proceed, but please contact me if you would like to explore the possibility of building your own Flex Home! Duncan and Chloe are building "The Burnett" Floorplan (I included the plan) I am excited to help those that thought the ownership of a new home was out of their reach
