We’ve made the very difficult decision to find wonderful new homes for two incredibly special registered AQHA geldings — Dunny and Sunny.
Our family is growing, life has become incredibly busy, and these boys deserve more time and attention than we’re able to give them. Can be sold separately or together. We are going to be particular about where they go, especially Dunny. Finding the right homes matters far more to us than simply selling them.

Dunny is the true definition of a babysitter horse — the kind of seasoned, trustworthy gelding that can be incredibly difficult to find.
He is beginner and kid suitable and genuinely takes care of his rider. A 12-year-old comfortably rides him ba****ck, and he’s exactly the kind of horse we’d want underneath someone who is learning, rebuilding confidence, or simply wants to enjoy riding without the drama.
And don’t let 27 fool you. You would never guess his age by meeting him. He’s still ridden and has an incredible amount to offer the right person.
Dunny walks, trots and canters and has been ridden Western and English. He’s great in the arena and on the trail, rides confidently in a group or alone, and has even been hunting with us.
His ground manners are just as wonderful. He’s extremely easy to catch, wonderful for the farrier and bathing, and exceptionally easy to load and trailer. He’s accustomed to dogs, goats and other horses and takes it all in stride.
We’ve genuinely experienced no vices with Dunny.
His registered AQHA pedigree includes The Big Investment, The Invester and Zippo Pat Bars breeding — well-known names in Western Pleasure Quarter Horse lines.

Sunny is a gorgeous 15.3-hand registered Palomino Quarter Horse gelding with a combination that’s getting harder to find — size, looks, breeding, experience and a genuinely sweet disposition.
He’s beautifully bred, with a strong old-school Quarter Horse pedigree including Poco Ojos Grande and Poco Bueno bloodlines, with King and Wimpy further back in his pedigree.
But we’re not selling Sunny on a piece of paper. We’re selling the horse he actually is.
Sunny walks, trots and canters and has been ridden Western and English. He’s great in the arena, experienced on trails, and comfortable riding alone or in a group.
A 12-year-old has comfortably ridden him ba****ck, and we’ve genuinely had no issues with him.
He’s equally pleasant on the ground — easy to catch, very good for the farrier, great for bathing, and good with loading and trailering. He’s accustomed to dogs, goats, other horses and everyday activity without making a fuss.
We’ve experienced no known vices with Sunny.
