Flo Mendez-Beatty

Flo Mendez-Beatty I founded the political consulting firm Mendez and Associates in 1983, which would later become Mendez, Steadman & Associates in 2001.

The firm is now Mendez Consulting as Pat Steadman is now a Senator. With over 20 years of experience I was considered one of the key lobbyists at the legislature with a reputation for honesty, integrity and tenacity. These qualities are also important in the Real Estate Business. I was recognized as one of the top ten lobbyists in the state of Colorado and have been featured in several Denver Post

articles focusing on “Influential Women in Colorado”. Since retiring from politics and relocating to pueblo, I enjoy spending time with my husband, when he has days off. I also enjoy spending quality time with my 4 children and 6 grandchildren. When I have a few moments to myself I enjoy reading a good book and taking my dogs for a walk also gardening. I am a licensed active Real Estate Agent.
