Congratulations to both the Buyer and Seller on a successful closing! 🏡🎉

This one came together in record time! Just before going under contract, the buyers had another transaction fall through only days before closing. Shortly after, they found this home—and everything fell into place.

I’m especially excited for my Seller, who was out of the country during the whole made the entire process incredibly smooth from start to finish.

I think getting my sign into the ground was harder than the actual transaction! 😂

This was a tough one. No pretty “SOLD”post here. We were under contract for the house, garage, and the barn when the fire came through and everything was lost. The buyers still chose to move forward with the land, and we were able to work through an incredibly difficult situation together.

The listing agent was even evacuated at the time. Very thankful for everyone who worked together through such a difficult time. Keeping all of those affected by the fire in our thoughts and prayers. 🙏
