CLEAN UP YOUR TOWN & RECEIVE A FREE CARLOAD PASS TO DRIVE IN MOVIES Want a free carload pass? Pick up two bags of trash in Pueblo or other towns in the region and Mesa Drive In will reward you with a free pass to the movies for a car load of people. Here’s the rules:

1. Find a public place, roadside, park, abandoned lot, etc. (Not personal / business private property) that needs picking up.

2. Fill 2 (at least 40 gallon) trash bags with litter.

3. Take a picture before, during, and after your clean up. (short videos are great!)

4. Dispose of trash bags properly.

5. Before 8/15/25 send an email to mesadriveininc+[email protected] with the following info:
-Your first and last name
-The address or location of the area you cleaned up
-Photo / video documentation of the clean up

6. We'll email you a carload pass good for one public movie event through the end of the 2025 season (Late October). Only one pass will be awarded per household.

7. For boy/girl scouts / church groups / volunteer groups, etc. each household will need to pick up 2 bags of trash to receive their pass. Ex. 3 scouts = 6 bags of trash = 3 passes. (We'll need a name and email address for each scouts household in this scenario.)

Its a good summer activity for the kids! They get to help their community out and take the family out to the movies! Please be safe if you're working roadside, obey all local laws, and take sanitary precautions like wearing gloves etc. And thanks for your help!

Have tree branches from the recent storm?

A city-wide tree debris drop-off event will be available Friday, Nov. 15 through Sunday, Nov. 17. The tree debris drop-off event will take place at Pueblo Wood Products located at 1201 E. Northern Ave. The location will be open and available to City of Pueblo residents from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

“We know many of our residents are cleaning up broken branches, limbs and yard debris, so we want to offer a free drop-off location,” said Director of Pueblo Public Works Andrew Hayes. “The site will be open to residents of Pueblo throughout the weekend to provide a convenient and easy option for disposal.”

The tree debris drop-off event will take place at Pueblo Wood Products located at 1201 E. Northern Ave. Traffic should enter from the east bound lane of Northern Ave.

Items accepted for disposal include trees, branches and limbs, no other waste will be accepted. No commercial waste accepted and no after-hours dumping. Large or commercial vehicles may be turned away.
