Sometimes the best success stories take the longest to write. ❤️🏡

Not every closing is a straight path… and this one proves why you should never give up.

Two years ago, my seller was just days away from closing when the sale tragically & unexpectedly fell apart. She was heartbroken, but she refused to let that be the end of her story.

This time, when we listed the market had declined from 2024 so we knew we had an uphill battle. While single-family homes were moving, condos and townhomes were still taking considerably longer to sell. We stayed patient, and eventually the right buyer came along… until financing issues forced that contract to fall apart too. 😭

Back on the market we went.
