Hello Runners and Walkers,
On March 5, 2023 Southern Colorado Runners will be producing our 46th annual spring race, the Pueblo Spring Runoff. The race will again be held at Dutch Clark Stadium in Pueblo and will include a 5K, 10K and 10 mile run. We have a new title sponsor, the American Driving Academy and a new course route. We will be running on both sides of the Arkansas River and we will cross using the new suspension bridge to be able to run on top of the historic Arkansas River Levee where runners can enjoy a birds eye view of the river. We currently do not have any vacancies at Belmont Heights Apartments or Hillside Apartments. We may have a one bedroom coming open in March at Hillside. All houses are full. Our tenants are the best!!

It has a one car garage and a car port, fenced yard and back porch. We have a 3 bed, 2 bath house near Centennial High School. It has master bedroom with large master bathroom, 3 fireplaces, and family room with wet bar, one car garage, fenced yard ($1125). We have the best tenants in town; such a close group of great people! They all really seem to look out for each other. We don't have any openings but we will let everybody know if we do get anything come open in the near future.

We have the best tenants in the city! Many landlords tell us that they have had issues with rent this last two months. Between all those living in our houses, living at Belmont Heights Apartments, and living at our new apartment complex, Hillside Apartments we only had 2 out of 66 families not make their rent payment. Our tenants are like family and we treat them like family. We always serve this community by providing the best place for them to live at the best possible price. Also we want to give a shout out to Barney. He works from morning to night managing, repairing, answering phone calls, etc. to make sure things always run the way they should. Lastly a big thank you to Tony Cordova at Handy2Have. He does all our major repairs quickly and efficiently and we could not services our tenants as well as we do without him.
