Give me a call for your home styling or redesign needs. Is your home feeling "stuck"? You want a change and have tried multiple things but it just ends up feeling disconnected and incomplete? You keep doing one thing here and then another thing here only to feel like it just doesn't feel quite right.

You need a plan. You need a color palette. You need to find your 'style'. Do this before you make a random move to rip out your carpet and grab a gallon of that paint color you saw on a reel.
Paint color MATTERS more than you think. There are so many undertones to paint colors and just because it looks awesome in those reels or your friend's house does not mean it is going to work with YOUR home and finishes. I see this mistake made over and over again. People want to jump on a trend (insert the gray era) without any thought to the finishes in the home that will not be changing.....Cabinets, flooring, countertops, backsplash.
My design services are affordable and for the everyday gal that just wants to make her home her sanctuary. I'm here to help the everyday gal with the plan on ANY budget....and I mean ANY budget.

🍁 Fall buyers are serious buyers but they also want to FEEL something when they walk in the door.
Three simple steps to making that buyer feel emotion:
1. Warm lighting. We recommend 3000k bulbs in ALL the lights. It is important to set the mood and having different lumems throughout the home makes it feel off and too bright of light can make it feel cold.
2. Candles and fresh flowers. Candles add a cozy vibe so LIGHT THEM for every showing and photos. Do be careful that the scent isn’t too strong as that can be off putting. Put small bouquets of Fall flowers through the home. Fresh flowers instantly make buyers have an emotional reaction.
3. Set the mood. Turn the TVs on to a Fall themed YouTube channel playing soothing instrumental music. Set each TV to this same station. As the buyers walk through the home they will be relaxed and get those warm and fuzzy vibes.
🍁🍂 Occupied homes deserve the same professional staging touch as vacant ones. Especially before those listing photos go live.
