👕 Are t-shirts included with registration?

T-shirts were guaranteed for participants who registered on or before May 27, 2026.

Unfortunately, due to printing deadlines, late registrations were not guaranteed a race shirt. We appreciate everyone’s support and are already planning a longer registration timeline for next year’s event.

🏅 Are there medals?

Yes!

Awards will be presented for:

* Overall Male & Female
* Overall Masters Male & Female
* Age Group Winners (0–80+)
* Individual Spirit Award
* Group Spirit Award

300 finisher medals will be handed out!
Y’all superseded all expectations!

🎉 What are the Spirit Awards?

We know SunDrop Fest is all about fun and community!

Show up in your best:

* SunDrop-themed attire
* Team costumes
* Tutus
* Matching group outfits
* Creative race-day gear

We’ll award both an Individual Spirit Award and a Group Spirit Award to the participants who bring the most excitement and festival spirit!

👶 Are strollers allowed?

Yes! Strollers and jogging strollers are welcome.

For everyone’s safety, we ask that stroller participants start toward the back of the pack.

🚲 Are bikes, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, wagons, or similar items allowed?

No.

For participant safety, only the following are permitted on the course:

* Runners
* Joggers
* Walkers
* Baby strollers/joggers
* Restrained pets
* Wheelchairs

🐕 Are pets allowed?

Yes!

Well-socialized, leashed dogs are welcome to participate and should remain toward the back of the pack.

Please remember to clean up after your pet.

⏱ Is the race timed?

Yes!

The race is professionally timed and facilitated by the UT Southern Track & Field and Cross Country Team, led by Coach Justin Watson.

🏃 Do I have to be an experienced runner?

Absolutely not!

This event welcomes participants of all ages, abilities, and experience levels.

🚶 I’d like to participate. Can I just walk?

Of course!

Many participants choose to walk the course each year. Whether you’re running, jogging, or walking, you’ll be in great company.

WHEW… that was a challenge! 😅
Adding a 5K to an already huge community event is no small task, but after countless meetings, route discussions, and coordination efforts, we FINALLY have our approved race route! 🎉

A huge thank you to the SunDrop Festival Committee, UT Southern’s Justin Watson, EMS, the Pulaski Police Department, and everyone else who played a role in making this happen. Together, they worked tirelessly to create a route that is not only fun and scenic, but prioritizes the safety of every participant and citizen in our community.

It was truly inspiring to watch so many organizations come together with one goal: creating an amazing event while keeping our community first.

➡️ Through the Board of Education parking lot
➡️ Left on Sheila Frost Drive (through the high school)
➡️ Left on Magazine Road
➡️ Left on Cemetery Street
➡️ Right onto the Heritage Walking Trail
➡️ Follow the trail to Washington Street
🏁 Finish Line: Just after turning LEFT onto Washington Street, behind the stage!

After you cross the finish line, make your way up to 1st Street via the sidewalk for awards and grab bags beginning between 8:30–9:00 AM.

We have poured endless hours into making this race a memorable experience, and the support we’ve received from runners, sponsors, volunteers, and our community has been incredibly humbling.
