Pioneer Title Co. announced today that President and Chief Executive Officer Tim Bundgard plans to retire at the end of 2026, concluding 27 years of service to the company. Bundgard will continue to serve as CEO over the next 12 months to ensure a smooth and orderly leadership transition.
Bundgard joined Pioneer Title in May 1999 after previously serving as the company’s banker. During his tenure, he led the organization through significant growth, expanded operations into new markets and business lines, and strengthened Pioneer Title’s longstanding commitment to community and service.
As part of a long-term succession plan, Pioneer Title also announced the following leadership promotions:
Mike Ranieri, who has been with Pioneer Title Company since 2000, has been named President. Ranieri will lead the company’s strategic vision, growth initiatives, and long-term business objectives while preserving its values-driven culture.
Jesse Hamilton, a member of the Pioneer Title team since 2002, has been promoted to Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Hamilton will oversee 1031 Exchange services, Pioneer Lender Trustee Services, Pioneer National Escrow Network, mergers and acquisitions, and legal affairs.
Brock Condie, who will celebrate his 15th year with the company this summer, has been named Senior Vice President and Area Manager overseeing Pioneer Title’s Eastern Idaho operations and lead regional expansion efforts.
The company said the leadership changes reflect a deliberate succession strategy designed to ensure continuity, stability, and continued growth.
Pioneer Title Company thanked Bundgard for his years of exceptional service and congratulated Ranieri, Hamilton, and Condie on their new roles as the Company looks ahead to its next chapter.
