Puntillo Plaza

Puntillo Plaza Possibly the greatest college rental in all of Pullman Built in 1891, this home was one of the original houses built on college hill.

With close access to both down town and campus, students have enjoyed living here since 1991. Six Bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a back yard fire place, have made it popular with fun loving groups of undergrads. If you are a former resident of the Plaza or have just enjoyed time there, we encourage you to post your memories here .

After 27 years, Carrie and I sold Puntillo Plaza today. Luckily we still have all of the great friends and great memories that were created there. If you are headed through Pullman on a game day and see a huge party going on, or happen to notice that some car is parked sideways in the front yard, you no longer have to wonder if you should contact us and let us know. Oh and thanks to our amazing real-estate agent, Keoki McCarthy, who conjured a buyer out of thin air and was able to get a deal closed on a 130 year old house.

There must be some decent pictures out there of folks gathering at the Plaza. Funny how I was always the guy running to get beer, never the one taking pictures. Post um if you got um. It will be great to see my hair again.
