It's been a while since we've had to post, but we do know of at least one opening coming in August 2023.  we have a four bedroom four bathroom townhouse style apartment available for a 12 month lease.  located at 815 Illinois St. ,  it's just a couple of blocks from campus.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so privacy galore. you also get a large closet with plenty of storage space . The kitchen has all of the major appliances and there's a large dining room/living room area. There is a heat pump on the main floor which helps keep that level  cool, and comfortable in the summer and fall. Washer and dryer are included in the unit.

There is parking for two vehicles in the garage plus the  driveway has room for two other vehicles.  There's also additional parking at the rear of the property.

 it's $640 per month per person  and we pay for the water and sewer charges.

I have a couple of tenants who are hoping to sublet their rooms starting in January.  the apartment is at 705 Michigan St.  The rooms are quite large with a substantial amount of closet space and they come with their own bathroom. The living room, dining room area is quite spacious in the kitchen area has all the major appliances. We have garage parking in the parking lot.

  Rent is $620 a month and the subleases runs until the end of July.

We have one room available in a four bedroom townhouse style apartment in the heart of historic College Hill. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The three current tenants are all WSU student center all very nice. The unit itself has a large living room/dining room area and the kitchen has all the major appliances. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit and a heat pump to keep it cool in the summer. Loads of offstreet parking and there’s also some garage space available. $600 a month and we pay for the water and sewer charges. March has arrived like a lamb and that makes for housing hunting. Stop the search. We have three of these three bedroom, two bathroom units available. These are perfectly located for WSU students as they are just one block from Beasley Coliseum. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a nice large living/dining area. The kitchen has the major appliances and a pantry. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer. You get a small balcony and there is a large backyard area. Loads of off street parking. Rent is $1485 for each unit so that equates to $495 per person per month and we pay the water and sewer charges. What, you have a larger group? Guess what, a group of six can rent two units and have the entire building to themselves. Contact us for more information or to arrange a viewing.

Well let’s update the site, shall we? Right now we have a trio of three bedroom two bathroom townhouse style apartments located at 1525 and 1535 Gaines Rd. These come with a very large living/dining room area, A kitchen with the major appliances, lots of closet space, and each has a small balcony. There’s a yard in the back and lots of parking out front. We’re looking for groups of three but, if you have a group of six, you could rent the entire building at 1525 Gaines. And the time has come that we can start to post what we will have available for the 2021 2022 school year. This four bedroom home is located on historic College Hill and it’s just a few blocks away from campus. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sizable upstairs living room/dining, kitchen and a secondary living room in the basement.  Comes with a washer and dryer.  lots of offstreet parking. We are looking for a group of four. The rent is $2040 a month which would be $510 a person.  it is available August 1.
