Today I sold a house that was a little different than most… because it was mine. 🏡🤍

I loved this home. The character, the charm, the location, and especially how much fun it was to make it ours.

My kids have grown, we’ve outgrown these walls, and it’s time for a new chapter. This sale is definitely a bittersweet one. Taking lots of memories with us!

We looked and looked for the right home, and I’m so excited that she finally found the one! ❤️

Today was a big day! She officially sold her home on the west side of the state and closed on her beautiful new home here! 🔑🏡

There’s something so special about watching all the pieces finally come together after a long search. I couldn’t be happier for her and so thankful I got to be part of this next chapter.
