If you want affordable housing options. If you want more inventory on the market to choose from. If you want NEW construction to be built... WE MUST CORRECT & ELIMINATE THE ROADBLOCKS & ADDITIONAL EXPENSES AT THE LOCAL LEVELS!

Statements, like the ones below, are absolutely unacceptable responses from the people who make things happen.

"We can review (-)'s work (and this may take several weeks)"

and

"It can take a few months to get to me"

SO... now we must ask why?! Why is the system is broken... and how can we fix it. Short staffed? Inefficient processes? Lack of proper tools and resources?

If we want change we must step up and MAKE CHANGE!
