Love seeing this! 350 Via Esplanade went from listed to closed in four weeks. Thanks for the shout out Donna Lee, Realtor, this house was a fun one to shoot.

September 18th: Live on the MLS and Real Estate Websites
September 19th: 3 Showings
September 20th: Under Contract after considering two offers
October 16th: Officially Sold in 4 weeks from "Just Listed" to "Closed!"
Congrats to my sellers on a successful sale and an exciting new chapter!

But this closing is extra special to me. ❤️ These wonderful people were also my buyers, and we closed on their new home just last week! Through our connection with the Punta Gorda Isles Civic Association Newcomers Club, our friendship has grown even stronger throughout the buying and selling process. And now? They’re my next-door neighbors! 🏡🏡 I couldn't be happier for them as they settle into their new home, and I'm so grateful that real estate has brought us even closer.

It's just one more reason I love being part of the Punta Gorda Isles community. And if you're new to PGI, or even if you've lived here for years, I can't say enough good things about getting involved with our Civic Association. You never know where those connections might lead — sometimes even to customers and next-door neighbors! ❤️

Here's the crazy part - We used to be neighbors too (but on a different street). I am still not over Saturday night. When the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce puts a 360 camera in front of you, you spin. Ambassador of the Year and Arm Candy (aka El Underhill ), all in one rotation.

We love your pets, but on shoot day they need a little field trip.

Take them out of the house for the shoot, or at the very least, crate them somewhere we won't be photographing. And stash the bowls and beds too.

Last night I was named the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce 2026 Ambassador of the Year. I was so surprised that when I walked off stage, someone told me, "You should have said what you do for a living."
Fair point. So here it is.

I'm Jenny, owner of Funky Palm Productions. I create photos, video, drone aerials, and measured 3D tours and floor plans for realtors and businesses, plus construction and property documentation for builders, contractors, and insurance professionals across Charlotte County.

I was also installed on the Chamber's Board of Directors, and I'm excited to serve this business community in a bigger way.

Being an ambassador means showing up for the businesses that make this county what it is. Thank you to the Chamber for this honor and to every member who has let me be part of their big moments.

San Remo Point in Englewood made this one fun. Wide canal, boat docks everywhere, and the Gulf sitting right there on the horizon. Some listings just want to show off from the air.

Tuesday Tip: put on fresh bedding and pillows.

Like no one has ever slept there. Wrinkled sheets and flat pillows show up in photos more than you'd think, and buyers notice tired looking bedrooms fast. A crisp, made bed reads as move in ready. Nothing else does.
