She has worked alongside her father Alex Szinegh for most of her life, who has been a full time Realtor for the last 39 years and SOLD over 3600 properties. Sabrina was a team manager for parents who were an aggressive Real estate duo that dominated the market in Canada for many years. She left Canada and moved to New York to marry her husband Sam, where they built a successful contracting and hom
e improvement business together for 18 years. They maintained over 100 multi-million dollar properties; they specialized in Masonry, Home Improvement and Property Preservation for financial institutions; they also owned and rented investment properties for 20 years. Sabrina and Sam raised two amazing children for 12 years in New York before relocating to Southwest Florida in 2017. Their contracting business continued to thrive in New York, but they were determined to bring their skills to Florida. So, they began to purchase and renovate properties in this area. Sabrina became a licensed Realtor in the State of Florida in 2022 and continued working alongside her father Alex and his wife Kay. Alex is a Trainer, International Real Estate Developer, Entrepreneur, and a Performance Coach. During his long career in the Business World, he has opened, owned, and operated many successful businesses. Alex has owned and operated Several Real Estate Brokerages, Regional State franchises, and was a high-level Corporate Executive, (SR Regional VP for North America for Exit Realty for 15 years). Sabrina owns investment property in Florida and New York, working for years with investors all over the country and internationally. Sabrina is motivated, hardworking, and knowledgeable; but most of all prides on being honest and loyal. Her life experiences have taught her to GO FOR IT and she lives by the motto “Love the life you live, live the life you love”.
