The clock is already ticking.

Between finding the right home, negotiating an offer, inspections, financing and closing, the process takes time.

If Thanksgiving dinner at a new address is the goal, September is the time to start looking — not November.

And yes… somehow we’re already talking about Thanksgiving. 😂

Agent: A person who acts on behalf of another person or group.

Today’s conversation got me thinking about what it really means to be “my REALTOR®.”

We have my hairstylist, my nail lady, my doctor, my accountant — people we know, trust and call when we need them.

Why should real estate be any different?

Being “your REALTOR®” doesn’t start when you’re ready to buy or sell. It means being someone you already know you can call with a question, for an opinion, for a local connection — or when you simply aren’t sure where to start.

I’m excited to share that I’ve joined LPT Realty and the Live + Invest team!

After a year that brought some unexpected changes in my real estate world, I’m excited to move forward with a group that feels like a great fit for me—professionally and personally.

I am taking a little trip on Friday so getting ready for that and Doug Carter treated me to an express facial at ästhetik skincare in Fishermen’s Village, and it was exactly what I needed. You can’t beat the view!
A special thank you to my aesthetician, Sam, for such a relaxing and refreshing experience. My skin feels amazing! And congratulations to my dear friend Jennifer on this beautiful new business. The space is welcoming, professional, and a wonderful addition to Fishermen’s Village.

There’s something about planes lined up on the runway that always reminds me how many people are in transition—heading somewhere new, starting over, or coming home. My other passion of flying has me in contact with our amazing passengers as they navigate to and from SWFL.

I see the same thing every week in real estate here in SWFL. Different runway, same feeling—people deciding where life is going next.

It’s one of the reasons I love what I do here.
