B STREET TAKING SHAPE AS MORE TENANTS ANNOUNCED FOR BABCOCK RANCH’S NEW DESTINATION
Construction continues to advance on B Street, Babcock Ranch’s highly anticipated mixed-use district, as new buildings rise and additional businesses prepare to call the development home.
Recent photos show significant progress throughout the project, with exterior walls, roofing, storefronts, and architectural details becoming more visible. Construction crews remain active across the site as work continues toward opening the new destination.
Once complete, B Street will offer a diverse mix of dining, entertainment, retail, and professional services, creating a destination for both residents and visitors.
A few of the announced tenants include Great Harvest Bread Co., Firebelly Burger Co., Mangiamo Italian Restaurant, Kong Fu Ramen, BBQ King Smokehouse & Tavern, Carondelet Drink Parlor, the Cigar Lounge at Babcock, and The UPS Store, offering residents a variety of dining, nightlife, retail, and everyday convenience options.
Complementing the dining and retail offerings, B Street will also feature health, wellness, and beauty services, including Three Oaks Wellness, Studio B Pilates, Wholistic Motus Physical Therapy, and Ankle and Foot Care, providing residents with convenient access to rehabilitation, fitness, and wellness services in one location.
Additional tenant announcements are expected as B Street continues to expand its lineup of businesses.
Although an official opening date has not yet been announced, construction continues to move steadily forward, with B Street quickly becoming one of the most anticipated commercial developments in Babcock Ranch and a future destination where residents can dine, shop, access professional services, and gather in a walkable, pedestrian-friendly environment.
