Wellllll folks… my hoomans did it again… another property is officially SOLD!!! 🎉🏡

Big tail wags and slobbery congratulations to the buyers on this fine piece of sunshine paradise up near Ocala. I hear there’s room to run up there. I approve.

Now listen closely, because this is important puppy business… my hoomans can help you buy or sell anywhere on this big blue ball we all live on 🌎

Did somebody say BALL? 👀
Because I love balls.
Tennis balls.
Squeaky balls.
Balls that last approximately seven minutes around me.

Alright friends and family, let’s talk rooftops and front porches. 🏡☀️
If you’ve been daydreaming about a change of scenery, Sarah and I have a lineup that reads like a real estate buffet.
• A beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home where the only alarm clock is a splash cannonball.

With 2025 winding down, Sarah Youngblood and I can honestly say it’s been one of our best years in a long time. 🏡✨

We’re incredibly grateful for the trust, support, referrals, and friendships that made this year so special. From first showings to final signatures, it’s been a year full of wins we won’t forget.

🐾 Well hey y’all, it’s Cooper talkin’ from the porch…

Welp, my hoomans went and did it again — sold another one! I tell ya, they stay busier than a squirrel in a peanut factory. And thank goodness, ‘cause a fella like me’s got an appetite that don’t quit… them treats don’t buy themselves!

This one was a real gem down in St. James City — right there on the water, sittin’ pretty on a canal. Sunshine, breeze off the bay, a view that’d make ya never wanna leave. My hoomans sure put their hearts into this one, and it paid off big time.

So if y’all are thinkin’ about buyin’, sellin’, or investin’, you best call my hoomans. They’ll take good care of ya — and don’t forget to tell ‘em Cooper sent ya.

Now if you’ll excuse me… I think I heard the treat jar openin’. 🐾😎

🐾 Well hey there, y’all — it’s me, Cooper! 🐶

Now let me tell ya a little story ‘bout my hoomans, Matt and Sarah — or as I like to call ‘em, Mom and Dad. They been runnin’ around busier than a rooster in a henhouse lately! Seems like every time I turn ‘round, they’re workin’ on somethin’ big behind the scenes.

Well, I reckon I can let the cat outta the bag now… we’re under contract! 🏡

Yep, they worked hard for this one — like two coonhounds on a scent, they just don’t quit till the job’s done. So if y’all are thinkin’ about buyin’, sellin’, or investin’, you best give ‘em a holler. They’ll work like dogs to get ya the best deal in town.

And don’t forget, a good real estate deal keeps the treat jar full — and lemme tell ya, me and Tucker are fixin’ to do our part keepin’ it empty! 🦴

October is Fire Prevention Month, with the second week recognized as Fire Prevention Week. I wanted to share a photo of my old firefighter helmet – a New York style leather helmet that carries a lot of memories.

As a former firefighter, I know firsthand the rigors of the job—the long nights, the training, the calls that stay with you, and the bond that forms in the firehouse.

This month, and every month, I salute all firefighters and first responders. Thank you to my brothers and sisters in the brotherhood of firefighting. Your dedication, courage, and sacrifice never go unnoticed.
