This one hits close to home 💙

A few years ago, I had the honor of selling a canal home a lot like this for some dear friends who spend most of the year up in Michigan. This winter, while sitting in the cold, they realized their hearts were also still right here in Southwest Florida.

So grateful to be part of bringing them back to the sunshine and waterfront life they love. Can’t wait to get this one to closing and welcome them home again 🌴☀️
