The photos were bad. The listing description was flat. The neighborhood wasn't what they had been picturing for the past six months. Every logical reason pointed toward skipping it.

Their agent suggested they go anyway.

They walked in and something shifted immediately. The layout worked better than anything they had seen. The yard was bigger than it looked online. The street was quiet in a way that felt like exactly what they'd been looking for without knowing how to ask for it.

They made an offer that afternoon.

It wasn't the house they would have chosen from a spreadsheet. It was the house that felt right the moment they stopped filtering everything through a checklist and started paying attention to how they actually felt standing inside it.

‼️ New Hi-Res GRAF model has leveled-up, depicts a text-book “eye”.
But it is NOT a hurricane.
This is the strongest run I’ve seen so far. Those gusts in white are above hurricane force at 90 mph+!
Luckily they are far offshore. But with prolonged fetch, a full moon, and huge swells, the coastal flooding is not going to be pretty. Folks: take the warnings seriously. It’s very early in the season for a Nor’easter of this magnitude so its coastal flooding impacts will be more robust (autumn tides are bigger).
