Around Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and the surrounding Charlotte County communities, September is starting about where I’d expect for this time of year.
🌺August should finish around 526 closings, and September already has 81 sales recorded with another 446 scheduled to close this month.

Fall is usually one of our quieter stretches, so I’m not looking for big numbers right now. I’m looking for steady activity, realistic pricing, and signs that buyers and sellers are still finding each other. So far, that’s exactly what we’re seeing.

Sometimes you have to look twice.

I took this photo during a tour at , and what caught my attention was the almost perfect reflection of the cypress trees in the water. At first glance, it's hard to tell where the trees end and their reflection begins.
🌺The Eco Tour itself feels a little like stepping back in time, traveling through thousands of acres of ranchland, wetlands, and native Florida habitat. It's a glimpse of Old Florida that still exists not far from Punta Gorda.

And sometimes the best part is simply slowing down long enough to notice it.
