May was a busy month, and I'm grateful for every opportunity to help clients reach their real estate goals.

On this Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten. 🙏

For the last Monday update of May, the market feels steady in a healthy way. Contracts are continuing to keep pace with new inventory, closings remain consistent, and price reductions are easing slightly compared to where we were earlier this spring.
So far, May has recorded 504 sales, with another 214 scheduled to close before month’s end. If these deals make it across the finish line, May will reinforce the consistency that’s been building this spring.

👉Not every property is moving quickly, but buyers are clearly still out there. The difference continues to be pricing, presentation, and understanding just how hyper local this market really is.
