One of the best ways to make your home search smoother is starting with a clear understanding of your buying power. When you already know where you stand, it’s easier to focus on homes that truly fit your goals. It also signals to sellers that you’re serious and ready when the right home comes along. 🏡✨
If you’re getting ready to start house hunting, having this step checked off can make the whole experience feel a lot more confident and less stressful.
