We visited Florida at least six times before we finally found the community that felt like home

Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and a few other areas. We liked different things about each place, but we never got that feeling of “home.”

That mattered because we weren’t just choosing a house. We were choosing where our kids would grow up.

We wanted the kind of community where neighbors know each other, kids have room to play, and families spend time together. A place that feels connected, not just a neighborhood full of houses.

Then we crossed the bridge into Founder’s Square at Babcock Ranch, and it clicked.

For the first time, we could picture ourselves raising our kids somewhere.

Looking for a kids haircut in Fort Myers, FL? If your 3-year-old fights haircuts like a UFC match, I found the place 😂

Taking my 3-year-old for a haircut is basically a hostage negotiation. The second he sees the cape, he turns into a full velociraptor.

We finally found a kids salon in Fort Myers that gets it: Bananas Salon for Kids.

🚒 Fire truck chairs, cartoons at every station, and staff who don’t even flinch when your kid tries to escape mid-cut.
