Here at CAM Realty, we utilize drones to assist with our property management including documenting property conditions, inspecting reported concerns, finding hard-to-see issues, creating marketing material, post storm damage documentation for insurance and giving clients an overall valuable service to provide the best experience for their investments and assets.

During this properties routine inspection, one of the deficiencies needing to be addressed is there appears to be weeds growing on the roof where water is ponding. This is an obvious issues that needs to be corrected, and thanks to the drone we avoided having to climb this roof unnecessarily and can quickly and safely address this problem with a roofer.
