A shout out to my realtor friends up North for all you do for your clients. I was putting up signs for an open house today with light rain falling and wind howling and temp dropped from 70 to 58 in less than an hour. I realized how good I have it. No frozen ground or snow banks to fight. No frostbite to worry about. If you know a realtor in the frozen tundra be sure to thank them for the what they do.
