We searched high and low for this one, and when we found it, we knew it was the one! This beautiful newer home in Punxsutawney is the perfect blend of style and simplicity for my client! We put in a strong offer, and we were able to secure a contract. There were MANY bumps along the way with inspections and the appraisal, but we were able to keep a level head and work through it all!
Thanks to my wonderful lending partner Kristin for always being at the ready with all of our questions, and to listing agent Mike Prushnok, Howard Hanna for being a very professional negotiator.
