We searched high and low for this one, and when we found it, we knew it was the one! This beautiful newer home in Punxsutawney is the perfect blend of style and simplicity for my client! We put in a strong offer, and we were able to secure a contract. There were MANY bumps along the way with inspections and the appraisal, but we were able to keep a level head and work through it all!

ALWAYS shop for a mortgage! Many home shoppers are worried about impacting their credit score by talking to multiple lenders. But here’s the thing, you can talk to as many lenders as you want, and as long as it is within a 45 day window there is ZERO additional impact to your credit score. The difference in rates and closing costs between lenders (and the level of customer service they provide) can be HUGE and way more impactful than negotiating the purchase price.

It’s your money. Keep more of it by putting in the effort to shop for a mortgage BEFORE You shop for a house.
